Founder & Managing Partner
Patty Pytlik is an accomplished investor and entrepreneur with more than fifteen years of experience in institutional investing and private equity. She has executed over $2.4 billion in transactions spanning commercial real estate, development, and venture investments.

Her background includes roles at Goldman Sachs and other leading investment firms, where she specialized in acquisitions, asset management, portfolio strategy, and value creation.

At Peak Return Ventures, Patty oversees the firm’s multi-asset platform, guiding investment and advisory initiatives across commercial real estate, venture capital, and strategic leadership. She brings the perspective of both investor and operator, combining rigorous financial discipline with practical execution and strategic insight.

Patty serves on the Board of Trustees at Babson College, the nation’s top school for entrepreneurship, and is a Frank & Eileen Center for Women’s Entrepreneurial Leadership Scholar. She holds both a BS and MBA from Babson College (Summa Cum Laude) and was recognized with the 2025 Entrepreneurship Award for her leadership and impact in business and education.
